U8 - 2003, 2004 - $125.00
U10 - 2001, 2002 - $135.00
U12 - 1999, 2000 - $135.00
U14 - 1997, 1998 - $135.00
U16 - 1995, 1996 - $145.00
U19 - 1992, 1993, 1994 - $145.00
Discount- Full fee for first 2 children, $20 discount for every child after
